For Buyers: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by DevNat Agri Ltd. Pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions will be confirmed in writing before order confirmation.

For Suppliers: Partnership arrangements are subject to our qualification process and mutual agreement on terms. Initial inquiries do not constitute a commitment to purchase.
